We have just returned home happy and satisfied.

It is true that the bad weather reports caused some initial unease, but it faded with every “victorious” day. We were obviously “making” the weather intensely enough. Sadly, we couldn’t avoid the rain, but it only washed our boat during the night.

To write a little something about the boats, I can say that they’re pretty well maintained. We noticed a few details which we reported to base camp. This can probably be a consequence of the fact that the boat(s) is (are) used practically non-stop. It is interesting that we never watched TV or used the mobile phone.

I liked how the boat was well equipped with maps, but I do find it odd that the Garmin plotter (on Bella) doesn’t have precise cartography (in comparison to Raymarine+Navionics on my own boat). I slept on the right bench of the salon. I could sense a smell coming from the faecal tank. I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. It was only on the last day that I discovered that the smell might be spreading across the entire right side due to a poorly tightened faecal tank pipe, but I didn’t report that back to base camp.

As I already mentioned: the crews were really satisfied, but I think it’s better for the sake of team spirit to be on one boat. We’ll have to adjust in the future.

I’m letting you know that our vacation went okay.

The boat was great, the personnel in the marina also: professional, with appropriate attitudes, happy to please.

The first group already arrived on Monday and the boat was unlocked and ready for us. We sailed out on Saturday. The final number of us was seven, because one of the crew members forgot to renew his identification card.

We visited Molat, Silba and Iž. We sailed about 80% of the time.

All in all, it was great. Thank you for your efforts.

The service is done on a really high level. I always get my questions answered and the offer is always aligned with the terms set. I’d be happy to write a few sentences for your “Happy customer statements” segment. You have always really made maximum effort, even if we complicated a little over terms and sleeping on the boat ahead of schedule.

Considering the fact that we have rented your boats in Croatia and Greece and never had any complaints, all we can say is thank you. And that we’ll work with you in years to come. We’ve had situations where we found out that the boat we reserved wasn’t available, but we got an even better one. I’m the organizer for my team and I know I can be a bit cranky and organise certain things last minute (I think we’ve all been there). Despite that, we always received a fair reply, sometimes at impossible hours. To summarize. You can feel the professionalism and the enthusiasm for what you do. Also worth mentioning is the feeling of knowing someone made an effort for you. I like that you keep up with charter boat trends and also offer one-way options.

As far as pricing goes, I think you’re very competitive.

I would like to thank you and your team for the wonderful service we got during our boat trip to Croatia on 2 – 9 October.

The boats were very well maintained and equipped and the small presents (champagne, etc.) really gave us good feeling upon arrival.

Along the way we had a problem with the Genoa and without any hesitation you sent a repairing team to the marina where we stayed.

This is what one can consider as excellent service!

The short November vacation is behind us. We’ve had plenty of everything: plenty of good cheer, wind, sea and some sunshine.

The boat performed nicely, offered good shelter, but we also didn’t take too many chances. One night when the weather got bad over Dugi otok, we moved ourselves from Sali to Telaščica and the night they warned against a hurricane-type southerly, we stayed in the marina after a three-hour sail.

I’m sending you some photos so you can see how high the water was, how the jetty got submerged and also how the peer got submerged. One of Euronautica’s boats got overturned on Lavsa (they tied down to a buoy and their ropes snapped), they broke the rudder and damaged the hull of the boat.

I have always been satisfied with the services provided by Bravo Yachting and their professional attitude and a comprehension for my wishes.
